It's the original Masterpiece Joséphine-Éléonore-Marie-Pauline de Galard de Brassac de Béarn. That is my own version. I used my face from photo. Besides, I used the options under ENHANCE - ADJUST LIGHTING or ADJUST COLOR and used the eraser tool on a very low opacity to BLEND.
